You should've copy and pasted the information here :)
Try ImgBurn - it doesn't do the ripping part, but burning wise it's great

I just wanted to make sure you got a mod in your console before I made any more suggestions.
Have you tried playing the CD on your PC? You can use ePSXe or pSX (PS1 emulators) and try out to see if the CDs you burnt are working or not, then you'll know whether it's the problem with your discs or your console

well they dont seem to be running with the emulator either
and for the cyberdai I get the same Assertion load c 426, while the other 2 dont run at all as well as in my psx (these 3 were converted with ultraiso 8 [may be a bug in the convert I dunno unless theres something I missed] from bin cue > img/ccd/sub)
Other than that the only thing I can think is using another bin/cue prog (dont know any other though) or another suggestion?

Here's a list of all the programs I have:
- DVD Decrypter - for all my DVD ripping/burning
- Alcohol 120% - for CD ripping/burning
- UltraISO - edit image files
So as you can see, you have all the right programs, because with these I can do all the things I need to do with PS1/PS2 games.
It could have been a bad image file(s), have you tried ripping the game again and burning it?

YEA I think its an UltraIso bug in the conversion, I rip a game as bin, also use bin from other place, convert them to clone cd.. but none of the converted ones seem to run properly (unless theres something I need to do before convert?)
I would just plainly burn the bin/cue without convert but I dont know if installing alcohol here will give me blue screen again (it took few hours for me to get back into windows as it kept reseting, had to uninstall alcy etc) I wonder if this update Here http://www.afterdawn.com/news/archive/5215.cfm fixes that problem? As thats 1 or 2 ver from the last I installed

to be honest I never bother with conversions because DVD Decrypter and ImgBurn can handle just about all the formats. Unfortunately if Alcohol 120% doesn't work for you (and I know for a fact that it IS buggy - the newest version seems to be a bit more stable but the older ones crashed my computer a lot), then there really isn't that many programs you can use to rip PS1 games...

actually I wonder if http://www.afterdawn.com/news/archive/5215.cfm fixes the BSOD problem (guessing mine was referred to a program conflict as well) Id try it again but on a different place
Bugfixes:
# Fixed some minor bugs.
# Fixed the BSOD which may happen when Roxio drivers are installed. e.g. MediaPlayer 9, Easy CD Creater 5/6 and ...other applications from Roxio.
# Fixed the pnphlp.vxd BSOD problem in win9x platform.
I think mine was the pnphlp bsod
PS Are BIN Cue the most perferred format used today or Img (clonecd) are used too?

What version is your alcohol? I just had a look, and mine says v1.9.5 build 3823 (latest on the Alcohol 120% website is 1.9.5.4212) so try that one and see if it works if you had the older version?

well when I had the bsod it was before the bugfix (think 2 versions ago 1.8........) I could install the new alcy 1.9? (the bsod occured on 1.8 right after I ran the exe file after installation, then puter kept rebooting)

Yeah give the new version a try, cos I had problems with the older version too (can't remember which one, but it was a year or two ago) and I recently installed the new version of alcohol, and found it to be a lot more stable than what it used to be
