before burning a DVD I want to label the volume properly, let say SUMMER_HOLIDAY_2005, which is no problem with DVD Decrypter or other Software, but impossible with Nero.It stopps after 13 figures (SUMMER_HOLIDA) but actually should do 32 figures!
I had several discussions with the german support and after first denying they finally had to admit, though it was said, this problem would not occour in the english version. That helps!!!
Also Nero 7 won´t do it. I heard about an older version, which should be able. Does anyone know about this? Thanks!

Of course I did already, what you suggested, but the point is, that on ly this meantime overloaded Nero isn´t able to do it, but any other program like DVD Decrypter, Ulead MovieFactory, Cyberlink Power Producer and so on!
They not even managed so far to implement an update function, which was promised long ago, so you always have to load 110MB for Nero 7.
They only want to sell more and more products.
ok well i see what your saying.ive ben reading through some Nero 7 reviews and apperantly there are some huge problems with Nero 7 all around tons of bugs i have Nero 6 burning Suite. i AM able to get all the letters you were needing.i dont know how your going about burning your disc but u should be using Nero Vision Express (2?)
so maybe you can downgrade it dosent sound like they're going to come out with a fix for this its probaly just a bug in the USA version. it happens but Nero is a very good company,things just mess up sometimes i know thats not very good help but i dont think there is anything you can do to help it
Thanks for the reply! Yes, heard about a Nero6 Version, which can do it, but it must be an early one. Can`t understand, why it then wasn´t carried on.
Now, the hint about Nero Vision is good, can try it. But I´m also using Cyberlink Power Producer or Ulead MovieFactory for that - no problem! But since I paid for Nero7 I was mad about this bug and wondered, if other people had experienced this too.
