i have 8 meg broadband and my netgear router says that my downstream connection speed is 8128 kbps and up stream connection speed is 448 kbps, i have been on the speak easy speed test and i have got the results of download speed of 4077 kbps and upload speed of 370 kbps.
when i use bitcomet i get average speeds of around 40 kbps which is very frustrating.
can anyone help with how i can get true download speeds or if i should use a different p2p program.
