I instaled pspbrew 0.7 and it says that it cant load because its "Unable to locate component" called MSVBVM60.DLL. I re downloaded and reinstalled it like 7 times and it still is saying that crap.

Download the DLL from here:
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/download.php?msvbvm60download0U...

Then put it in the installation directory of PSPBREW, and it should work.

Do you mean firmware?
Umm...I think it was like 5-15 mins (I'm guessin here, I haven't upgraded/downgraded in ages)

Are you upgrading your PSP?

Oh, so you are copying stuff to your memory stick?

If it runs out of room, just delete stuff you dont need. Then try extract the DevHook package again. When it asks you to replace click "No to All", otherwise it would take longer (as it overwrites files that are already there).
