i used Video 9 to convert some divx(2fast2furuis)...it was about 700mb....but when it was converting i checked how big the file alredy is and by 40 % the file was alredy 500mb big.
Shouldn it be smaller insted of bigger...i only have a 1GB stick...

no necessarlly. If you convert it to a higher bit rate it will be bigger. I use 512 kbs and 128kbs audio and the movies are decent quality and around 500mb

Why convert with PSPvideo9?
Use Mediacoder or Xvid4PSP and convert to ful res 480x272 PMPAVC.

PMP is for high quality play back and it will be bigger than 1GB...use Video9 and use a lower bitrate...the one ibjaredu suggested.

but there is no 512kbs an 182kbs sound..its 768kbs stereo an 128kbs

Emm, no your wrong, it is high quailty but you can encode at any bitrate you like, i use 500kbps and for an hour and half is 400megs and with a fantastic picture to boot.

your using pspvideo 9 you have to go to profile picker or someting like that and put your custom values
