trying to back up a PAL game i already patched the bin file with the PAL to NTSC with Yfix .i open it up with Alcohol 120% in the image burning wizard and get this box that i have never seen before .what numbers should i put in these boxex? the files size is 124,153 kb or 121 mb bin image

You dont open the .bin file. You open the .cue file with Alcohol (I use Nero for bin/cue as it handles them better) which contains all that info.

ok so do i patch the cue file ? from PAL to NTSC or will the cue file find the ingredients from the bin file

If you patched the bin, then just burn the cue. The cue file tells your software how to burn the (modified) bin file. Same as ISO and MDS.
