Hi,
I have a feeling my father is looking on my PC for some reason.
I have found this out because some of my internet temporary files were last accessed when I was at work.
Does anyone have a program where I can record on screen activity secretly?

search a file download site.
there are 100's of free and purchasable files out there for keylogging, etc.

The most amazing piece I have found so far is called "Spector." It's NOT free though, but it's FREAKING AMAZING.

Also, there's a keylogger available at sourceforge called "best free keylogger" here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/bfk

Spector takes pics of the screen, records keystrokes, records programs accessed etc. The keylogger just records keys, nothing else.

Ok, it looks as if I'm not going to get anywhere with this then.
I have looked in my temporary internet files and there are files that were last accessed when I wasn't at my computer. Could it be that the files somehow get accessed automatically, like to refresh them?

The files will only get a new last accessed date when the sites were revisited, if you dont go on the site, then the date wont change until those files are required again by your browser.
