i have got gt4 NTSC game and have rebuilt it so it will play on a swap magic coder. i used the guide from this site http://ps2burns.host.sk/alkoholturismo.html. Everything i did corrent the iso turned out just like his so what am i doing wrong. right when i start the game it shows the little warning thing it just goes black screen. i dont know what to do. i am using sony -R 16x(JApan) and am burning at 4x tryed and 8x tryed neither work someone please help.

This guide is only partly correct, there's a few files that you can't downsample:
20r60r.pss
ending_us.pss
opening_us.pss ('us' bit depends on region)
pv.pss
start_game.pss
start_game_old.pss

and downsample the others to 45% to make it fit to DVD5

what do u mean when u say ('us' bit depends on region i.e might be opening_aus.pss)

that's for the PAL version, since you have th NTSC version ignore that comment and try to rebuild it again :)

mann it still didnt work it gets all the way to the introduction and the when thats finished then it just goes black. i was able to create a new name and save it but after just a black screen. i did every thing in the guide and took out what u said. why is this happing.

One problem some people had is that it freezes at the opening movie, have you tried button mashing the X button (that'll skip the opening movie) to see if you can get past it?
