I demuxed a VOB with TMPGEnc into mpv and AC3 (then mp2) then muxed it. When it finished it gave me this message:

26709 s packets cause buffer underflow
MPEG may cause problems when playing

What does this mean? It does play rough in Realplayer, not so rough in VLC.
