No sound with roxio 7 media player

I just installed roxio toast 6 lite and easy cd and dvd creator. When I play a dvd with the media player I dont have any sound. I have sound with Nero player and stand alone dvd players so I know the dvd is ok. I just dont have any sound with the roxio player. I use windows xp. If any one has a solution please help.

Have you installed AC3 audio filter?
Have you test to use other audio tracks on that dvd?
