When I am backing up my games sometimes I get just a 360 file that when when I burn I get a coaster? the only files that work for me is when I get the dvd file and image file?
does anyone no what I am doing wrong

you're not doing anything wrong. .dvd files with the image, are the only backups that were made sucessfully. If you do not have a .dvd file with your image, the backup was made wrong, or needs to be patched.
