Help with .IMG file

I have an .IMG file ready to burn but i have some files i need to replace. That means i have to convert the .IMG file to the VIDEO_TS format so i can change the files, and re-convert it to an .IMG again... I have tried Nero but it seems unable to recognize the .IMG file... Any simple program i can use? and an easy step to step how to do it?

You can use DVD Shrink.

Go to FILE/ Open Disc Image. You can also ISO Buster.

What program did you use to create this file in the first place. Clone?

i didnt create it... it came as an .IMG .. i just want to replace 2 files in the VIDEO_TS file
