I just downloaded tekken dark resurrection via Azureus but it has stayed at 99.9% for a couple of hours should I exit out or wait a couple more hours? (If this goes through twice it was an accident because it looked like it didn't the first time)

Yep it did go through twice!!!! It is possible that people have stopped seeding, just post a comment on the torrent page and ask for more seeds. I had it stop at 98% when I d/l Tomb Raider and had to wait for seeds.
