Actually, with the new DevHook, you can't launch at 333MHz at all. It just crashes. So you have to go into the XMB first and then use a shortcut to change the clockspeed, if you want to run an ISO/UMD at 333MHz.

Oh and BTW, set the pre-load address to 89000000
