I just installed The Movies video game by Activision on my Dell 2.53 with a Nvidia mx 420 graphics card. When the game goes to start it just stays on a white screen and hangs up! I've downloaded the latest video driver which is supposed to improve compatability with latest directx. I'm not sure what the problem is. Any Ideas????

I'm thinking your graphics card is not powerful enough to run the game. The ones I looked up were only 64 mb. That is a rather new pc game which most likely will need a decent graphics card to run. However, I am no expert on this.

AMD 4200+ x 2 over clocked to 2.6
BFG Geforce 7800 GT OC 256mb PCI-E
2 GB pc 3200 Corsair Ram

And if you check out this link:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_NVIDIA_Graphics_Proces...

As you may notice your card does not support directX 9

So that will be the problem!

It looks like an Nvidia MX 420 would be able to run this game. I'll eventually have to get a 256mg card, but you would think this game would be that graphic intensive.
