I just wanted to post some info for everyone. I just split "The Godfather" with DVD-X copy. It worked fine. I tried Info edit but I wasn't doing something right and I kept getting errors. The first method was a lot easier. I tried to shrink this movie to 1 disc w/ DVD Shrink but it really started looking bad. I got it down to level 7 compression after stripping but it's just too big(175 min). In this case it was best to split the disc into 2 sections. This is an epic film and I couldn't bear to have a shitty backup. DVD-X Copy did a good job on this movie for me. Hope this helps some people out there.

I used IC 7 to back up the box set. Some were huge but all replay nicely in my old Aiwa and a new cheapo DVD. Excellent quality even on a 70" Mitsubishi. Point is, no real need to go to two.
