Well, buy a PSP with firmware 1.5.
If you cant get one with 2.00 and downgrade.
If you cant find a 2.00, get one with 2.5/2.01 and then upgrade to 2.6 and downgrade (make sure it doesn't have the TA-082 mobo)
Thats all there is to it.

First of all is it a factory 2.6? If it is you cant downgrade.
You will also have to check whether it has a TA-082 motherboard, if it doesn't you can downgrade.

You can downgrade using the Easy Downgrader:

You will need a UMD of GTA LCS to do this
