Then use DevHook to run it.
Copy your ISO to a folder called ISO in the root of your memory stick
Download this auto-installer:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/636 (Plug your PSP in and put it into USB Mode, and run the app).
Then run it with these setting
UMD SELECT- Your ISO.iso
UMD MOUNT- ISO ANYUMD
Firmware- dh\271 (MSROOT)
Pre-load Address- 89000000
(you may have to mess around w/ the pre-load address to get your ISO working)

UMD emulator is for older games. Devhook is kind of a UMD emulator in a sense. You pick what ISO you want, throw any umd in, and it emulates it. Devhook is also the best loader now as you can fully emulate 2.71.

No it is much easier to use DevHook.
You cant use Fastloader/UMD Emulator by themselves.
I highly recommend that u get DevHook as using it you can run Firmware 2.71!

It emulates the firmware. It redirects flash access to the memory stick enabling the psp to emulate higher firmware versions. Oh shiza, what firmware version do u have currently on your psp, sorry I missed something I believe :)

You need firmware 1.5.
What DevHook does, is basically run firmware 2.71 on top of firmware 1.5. Whne you restart the PSP it goes back to f/w 1.5
EDIT: Hexitnow, we posted at the same time yet again!

Just do what I told you in my post above:
Copy your ISO to a folder called ISO in the root of your memory stick
Download this auto-installer:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/636 (Plug your PSP in and put it into USB Mode, and run the app).
Then run it with these setting
UMD SELECT- Your ISO.iso
UMD MOUNT- ISO ANYUMD

Pre-load Address- 89000000
(you may have to mess around w/ the pre-load address to get your ISO working)

Huh?
It shouldn't download that slow. But it may be the PSP-Hacks Server.
