Hey tycobb!
Glad to hear you.I don't know if you have already read my post in skater's thread, but i got my 360 replaced by another new one.The disc tray problem on the first 360 was real afterall.Because while playing at home, the problem's always on and off and this morning i rushed back there in that store and raised my voice over the staff.I even showed them a little recording i made while i got the problem at home, just to back me up in case things work fine at the shop like the first time.Even after showing them that recording they were still not yet very well convinced that there's actually a real problem. They even said that the problem may be due to the power converter that i'm using actually.Really, who would be so stupid like that to fall into that, that a power converter is the reason of this kind of problem???
After some talks, they tried the 360 and as usual it worked fine till i asked them to switched it off and swithched it on again after a little pause. That's when the problem finally appeared in front of everyone and quickly decided to give me another new one.I even tried the new one as precaution and it worked fine. Now i really hope that this one's not going to drive me nuts and gonna last for quite a very long time, just like my PS2.
P.S:However i lost all my saved games while giving the old 360 back, but that's not a big deal, will start all over again, the most important is that i got myself a brand new 360.Cross fingers now that it will be fine!!!
Vincent.
