2.6 downgrade works on UK psp?

Does the 2.6 > 1.5 downgrade work on a UK psp?

Do I need a 1.5 downdater file that is from a UK psp, will the US or JAP version work or will it brick the psp?

The downgrader can downgrade UK,US,JAP psps that have been upgraded from 2.01- to 2.5/2.6.

I just heard it will work on a factory 2.6 - but do i still need an UK downdater file or can i go ahead and use a jap or us version??

the downgrade will work on factory 2.5/2.6 most of the time as long as they are not TA-082 motherboards. And i think all the files are the same for all regions.

i can confirm factory uk 2.5 > 2.6 > 1.5
yes, the eboots are the same for each region (despite what $ony say on their website)!!
google for an 'easy' downgrader :)
