Converting UDF to CDFS

I have several DVDs encoded in UDF that will not be recognized by one of my DVD drives. The drive runs perfectly on DVDs encoded in the older CDFS system. The UDF DVDs are not copy protected so I can use several different software packages to copy them either as ISO images or by copying their files. Can anyone tell me how to force burning them onto DVD+R's?
