AVI/DVD Color Problems - no red

Everytime I play a DVD or an AVI file on the computer the colour is way off. Their doesn't seem to be any red.

The monitor is fine as screen test come back fine and jpg's look fine.

Has anyone else ever had this issue before?

What type of player are you using? Check the video settings as they may be set incorrectly.
