hey everyone, here is the situation:

PROBLEM:

let's say that i created a custom menu on outlook so it contains a list of contacts i frequently email. for some reason, over the weekend, this list got deleted so when i click on the menu, all i get is a blank box. is there a certain file that outlook creates so that i am able to find this file and reload it? i am able to access my custom menus through Citrix but unable to do it on the main computer itself which totally doesn't make sense to me right now. first i thought a .pst would be the fix but it seems that outlook does not create a .pst file when you create a custom menu.

all suggestions are welcomed. please help me out. thanks.
