i am converting my iso into one and i want to know if they are good are they better than .cso or what thanks for the info?

The compression rate of both are the same, it depends on which loader u wanna load the cso/dax on. CSO loads on Devhook which has a greater compatibility list .dax opens up with DAXZISO Loader.

I suggest you go for CSO ;)
