you should have grabbed the auto flasher, but now you have to do it manually... i know people that have done it 12 times, just don't let the xbox turn off untill you get 100% done.

I thought that was the auto flasher. Damn this sucks. I'm on my 5th try now. Sector 2 failed so I know it's just waisting time now. Every sector worked, but not all at the same time.

Thanks a lot. Still a no go. This time only sector 3 failed. Also another time all the sectors were 8/8, but the checking of the flash failed. Is there anything I can do to help this out?

How did I know if I was using the wrong firmware and how do I fix it? It said my my firware was 47. All I did was type FLASH.BAT and FLASH.BAT L 1572

oh you're using that... well apparently there is a bug in that version that gives errors when nothing is wrong LMAO!
run restore.bat.
download the garyopa 7in1 fix
use that 1.

I got it working! I thought it didn't work, because backups that worked on my Sammy weren't working. Here's what I was doing wrong with the eject double tap method. I needed to double tap, wait about 4 seconds for it to spin and double tap eject again. after 2-3 times each game started. As always thanks for the help epimp.

It's cool and I always appreciate the help. It was a trying day getting that thing working. Another think I found out was it's better to do the flashing in safe mode.
