I have a LG4650 verizon phone that was on a family share plan and it was reported lost. I found the phone and had a friend try to turn it prepaid by using a verizon code he knew. *22888 is what he done. well by doing that it gave the phone a new number and for some reason its under another plan in someone elses name. I took the phone to verizon and they told me they have no record of the phone ever being on my plan,and its still reported lost. Ive already called couster service and reported the phone recovered. the question i have is,how do i reactivate the phone without going through verizon? Thanks to all.
