panasonic x400: problem with MMS

hi
i have been having this problem for a long time now. MY PANASONIC X400 wont open nor send MMS(picture messages).i took it to a repair store and they said that it had bad MMS setting and that it can't be made. i really dont know what cuased the problem. here are the info
