I heard from sum1 in this forum that Wii-motes for PC's were gonna be made but were cancelled...is there a chance that they will be made now...I would love it, if it was made by logitech...comp's would then own...

I have many reasons don't get me started...

I never heard of that.Nintendo has never entered the pc market.

I think you might be talking about how the pc had the technology even before wii.It was unsuccesful because games didn't support it.The companies who did it were logitech and microsoft.

The wii mote would not be successful on the pc.

Yeah i doubt that a wii mote on PC would work or become popular...i mean i prefere PC gaming to console is every way...i have a PS2 becasuse some games just work better with a controller...thats why controllers on PC aren't really all that popular because it seems a console type thing which you might as well just play on a console like it was designed for, if you are required to use a controller for PC...

P.S. Reading thought that it doesn't make much sense but i hope you get the gist of it :P

actually I heard of a mouse coming out taht would use motion sensors and look like the Wii controler. I think I saw it in popular science. Its gonna cost around $100

If a wii-mote was made by logitech (not nintendo...of course...why would they give their "weapon" to another gaming platform?) then PC gaming will own because it has it all! Next-gen graphics, 360 pc controller or wii-mote (from logitech) or mouse+keyboard and it will beat all consoles in all ways! (except in price...lol)

P.S.
If you are like a mario lover etc...you can always wait for the gamecube emulator to be complete which is not so far off...and u can use a controller for that... (gcn controller if it is absolutely neccessary)

I never said logitech did wii mote. I said they had the technology first along with ms(and atari).

Doesn't matter it will NOT be supported by pc gamers.Come out with it all you want for the pc it's been done and failed horribly.The games don't support it and knowones going to pay 100-70 bucks for something that isn't supported.I'm a lead poster on the windows games forums here.

Click my sig to see what I know about controlling with the pc.Hell look at that list that's it you guys! See.. even gamepads are NOT supported on the pc in general.
