you can't return them used i don't think, their policy is if it doesn't work we'll exchange it. but i think they 'might' still do a 1 week return policy if you say you don't like the game, but i'm not sure.....check first, ask what if i don't like this game, can i bring it back?

I knocked ebay before but ...guess what its where i got my prepatched copy of gta.

Just message ppl who dont say if its patched or not. Ask them if it has 2.0 firmware updater on it, thats what i did.
