The D2SRoba avi to DVD guide makes no sense

Im trying to convert an AVI to DVD using the D2SRoba guide on the Afterdawn site. However, im having difficulty because it seems to make no sense.

If you notice here http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/divx_to_dvdr_with_dvd2svc... the guide says

However, when i load D2Sroba it IS automatically set One Pass VBR so im not entirely sure whether thats right or not. Also, the screenshot clearly shows One Pass VBR being selected. It also says leave the default settings the same, but again, in the screenshot the Q Factor is set to 5 but its set at 60 by defulat when i load D2SRoba.

Basically, i'd really appreciate it if someone could clear up exactly what the settings of DVD2SVCD should be after i have loaded it via D2SRoba.
