Ok i just bought 14 Verbatim DVD-Rs all of them are supposed to be 8x and i am so stupid because i forgot that i bought 4 4x DVD-R without ever knowing, i just took all the ones left.Bought from harvey Norman,also i saw some lightscribe Verbatim ones 20 for $30 but i didnt trust in it.So i was wondering if 4x ones will work ok?i dont wanna throw them a way but i wanna use them for backing up ps2 games?

i always use 4x verbatims from harvey norman and burn at 1x, works great.

Shouldn't make any difference, other than burn speed. You'll want to burn them at 2x or 4x for best results.
