Ok some people r telling me i dont need a floppy drive for my hardrive and some people r telling me i do need a floppy drive for me hard drive so do u think i need one for this drive http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822135106 ?

and do i need one for this mother board http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131584 ?
i would also like to know how many fans would u need in a computer?

Well a flooply drive is old now ,now pll are using cds and flash memory cards and also usb drives, look into those....Depends what ur cpu is if its a normal cpu for work then just 1 but if ur a hardcore gameer than pl average around 3

well actually it all depends,like if u have a good raphics card or playing a really good game,or if u over clocked,or added more memory, can u tell me cpu specs

umm for the graphics card,read the reviews it says it overheats normally even withought over clocking it ,i would reconmend a good fan for it or if u canget a watercooler, andthe motherboard seems good i dought it will cause any problems

IF you looked at the motherboard specs would would of seen that the motherboard supports the hardrive. And i told you Floppydrives were dead.

2uber4joo, floppies aren't dead til they stop making them. i still use them on boyh my computers & on customers' especially for bios updates.

a floppy drive is a disk drive that reads/writes floppy disks. name brand computers usually don't have a floppy drive but clone computers usually do.

the floppy drive is not needed for the hd but is handy for the computer. having a fan on the hd is a damn good idea as will help the hd last longer. i have a 2 fan assembly on my hd.
