Have you extracted the .bin & .cue file from the spanned rar archives?
All you need to do then is point Nero at the .cue file & it'll burn to a blank CD-R

Usually ps2 images that are scene releases are *.img files and if you try to burn those with Nero you have to do this. Recorder>burn image select all files and then select image file, foreing image window will popup and press ok and the burn file and thats it.

No. scene releases come in the format .bin/.cue for cd based games & .iso for dvd based games. They stopped using .img years ago when support for RecordNow MAX ceased.
