zzwadezz try E-Mailing Roxio and see if they will send you some guides or instructions on the use. Otherwise just try typing in Roxio guides and see what pops up. Good luck....

also...... Nero and Roxio conflict with eachother! Use either or but not both on the same computer! Here is Roxio zapper to clean your system out if you choose to keep Nero: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml

If you choose to keep Roxio and get rid of Nero then use the Nero clean up tools:
Nero 6:
http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/en/Clean_Tools.html
Nero 7:
http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/en/Clean_Tools.html

If you choose to keep both, then expect problems! Sorry. You can ask others in this forum and they will tell you the same..... Nero and Roxio on the same computer will cause conflicts and it will be hard on your burning software to make a successful burn

From personal experience, Roxio does not play well with Nero, lots of headaches and lots of problems, stick with one, not both.

Not a problem just relaying info I learned the hard way when I first bought a DVD recorder, installed Nero which came with it, and watched the problems crop up, until I read here in AD how they don't work well together. Uninstalled both, reinstalled Nero, been happy ever since.

I have roxio on one harddrive and Nero on an other. I have had no problems. This new system only has one harddrive right now and will not until I have to have one. I have never burned movie with roxio just Nero. I'm missing somthing simple someone on here must use roxio.

@ZZ...... just a word of advice..... it's not where you put the programs but the settings in the registry is where the conflict happens and having it on one computer system (on one hard drive or the other) does matter! the conflict will be in the setting not where the programs are loaded! if it is on one computer it will have problems...... this is not an opinion but a fact!

Personally, I have never had good luck with Roxio, but you may. Here is a tutorial on Roxio and if you are having problems with the program the best place to try is the Roxio site and do a search in their knowledge base.
