i have been reading various places on the net so what do i need to run homebrew on a ds lite which i am going to pruchase this weekend i have already done it on ma psp can someone tell me the stuff i will need to buy and does any1 no the relase day of the ninja pass please help me am a newb at ds it seems waay more complex than psp

Get an M3 since you're interested in homebrew. Just read the M3 guide that was stickied.

Winsunx already has Ninjapass on sale, but I haven't heard anything about it so I don't know if it even supports homebrew or not.

Yes that will work, as you said you will also need a SD card and a card reader.

Ensure you get a compatible (and fast) card, you can check what cards work at:
