heyy everyone... i wanted to buy xbox live ... but i dont know what to buy or do.... can someone please help me in steps thnx so much!

there are few ways of doing it.You can buy "top up" cards from retail stores or purchase via xbox live.

Well if your posting here right now it looks like you have everything unless your using a friends pc or something.

It depends on what type of connection you have.If you want wifi(wireless networking) then you'll need a wifi router and the xbox wifi adapter.

Or you could go the cheaper route and get a broadband cable and hook it up to your xbox from the internet connection.As far as modem It depends if you need one they come free with any internet companies service,they also come standard on most pc's.You probably have a modem already.If not they will give you one for free as part of the service fees.
