The title should be some PAL game works anywhere. It all depends if the publisher makes their games region free or not. Microsoft, EA and any Japan/Asian only releases will be region locked. Mostly everyone else seems to be region free.

also i thought you counldn't play crosss regions because of physical differences like 60Hz and 33fps...things slike that! and it still will work? how?

Nah, 360 was designed to output the proper signal on the region of the A/V cables hooked into it. MS just left it up to the publishers. It's kind of like how all PAL games can be played on a modded Xbox 1 with no squigly lines. Inside the box Xbox 1 and 360 are pretty much PCs. PCs play any region DVD too. It's all about the output signal which isn't hard for a computer to convert.
