had 360 for 3 months now everything fine till now
drive will not open when in vertical position
but will open when horizontal anyone else had this
problem?

Thats interesting. I have heard people complaining about how when they have it verticle that it can also cause the drive to become loose and then scratch the disc. Every since them I have chosen to keep mine horizontal just in case. Are you sure you are putting the disc in correctly when you have it sideways.

even when there is no disk in it still wont
open also cannot do it via the dashboard
no problems since it went horizontal.
i had heard about scratched disks etc seems horizontal is best
all round ,
