Well it depends what game she would play i think the Foxconn 760GXK8MC-S SKT 754 Motherboard Bundle with AMD 3000+ 64bit CPU and Fan with 1GB DDR400 , the GeForce FX5500 256MB DDR AGP 8x DVI/TV-Out should be enough . you can add other thing if you want to after that !
Intel Pentium 4 3.2GHz, Radeon X700Pro 256MB PCIe, SuperMicro P4SCI ATX Motherboard, 800MHz FSB, 2 x 2GB DDR2800, GB LAN, 2 x WD 250GB SATA2 Hard Drives, Wireless Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse, LG 19" LCD.

For a gaming machine you will need a far better card than an FX5500, esp an AGP. You need to get a PCI-Express MOBO, the min chip you want is a 3500 Athlon, chips are really cheap at the mo'. That set up would enable you to upgrade. AGP is old hat now!
Asus make good MOBOs. A SATA-2 HD would be a bonus too....

Dude it depends what games she would play ! If she doesnt play does havvy games why would she need a PCI expess VGA !? It would be better if he tells us what games she will play so that we can have an idea what we can suggest !?

Getting an AGP system would be daft, PCI-Express is the way to go. The budget is there to get a half decent system. AGP is too outdated.
Even if we know what games will be played, it is irrelevant, game specs change all the time, different games may become appealing! Who knows what is round the corner? All the more reason to get an up to date PC, not a steam powered one!

Wow, super late post. Umm. yeah. I haven't been on for a few weeks but I've been back since about last Wednesday. I've just been busy. So If you guys need any help just PM me. I can help with wiring, custom builds, budget builds, video cards, processors.
I'm not super intelligent in anything but I can help you to the best of my abilities! So sorry if you've needed my help lately.
It looks like you have it sorted though and that's a good build.
For a case I recommend the Sunbeam Silent Storm:

Good build quality and three 120mm fans. And the Sceptre Naga 2.0 for an LCD screen. Currently the best for your buck. I just got one. Great picture and aspect ratio(whatever it's called when you view the screen from an angle.)
AMD Phenom II X6 1100T 4GHz(20 x 200) 1.5v 3000NB 2000HT, Corsair Hydro H110 w/ 4 x 140mm 1500RPM fans Push/Pull, Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5, 8GB(2 x 4GB) G.Skill RipJaws DDR3-1600 @ 1600MHz CL9 1.55v, Gigabyte GTX760 OC 4GB(1170/1700), Corsair 750HX
