I finally after so much time trying managed to downgrade my psp to version 1.5 - I then installed Devhook but now i get this error when i try and start up an ISO 'The game could not be started 80020130'

Any ideas?

You have the latest Devhook v.45 along with the appropriate firmware?

Chaos has the Ultimate installer at http://www.psp-hacks.com

If your PSP is 1.5 legit, has the appropriate firmware, has the correct settings for devhook to run, and the iso isn't a bad one, it should work perfectly

Do you get that message when starting Devhook or just after selecting and starting an ISO ?

If it's Devhook failing to start then it can be as simple as the way the folders have been named in PSP/GAME

Did you use the Devook that I sent you the link for ? The one that included the Fired Up ISO ?

I did try the one you sent and that caused the message
I downloaded the latest installer and it seems to have done the trick! :D at last after so much effort!

Thanks alot for all yer help guys ;) you legends!

This does mean i can't play any legit games now though doesn't it - when i try my UMD's it says i must update - don't suppose there is way around this or is it too much to ask :P

actually you can, if you say "runumd" under your ISO pick. Your system will reboot into 2.71 and run the game as normal. (Or so i'm told) I have yet to run "legit" 2.71 games...
