does any of you guys know when wii is coming out in australia and how much it will be.and what does it mean?

Nintendo said they will be making a press statement about launch day and final price no later than September.

Speculation has put the release date to late October or early November. The price will be no more than $250 USD as per announcement by the president of Nintendo. Some people have suggest $200 USD, but that's just speculation.

I believe they are going for a world release...meaning they are gonna release it worldwide on the same date so i think your location shouldn't really matter if its a worldwide release...

Thats again speculation so in Australia you might have to wait a while...same with me in the UK...islands always getting the newest stuff last :P
