I just ordered swapmagic 3.6 and i was wondering wht type of dvd should i use DVD+R or DVD-R? i dont know the difference. thank you

any PS2 Version above V4 should play either.
I personally like the 8X DVD-R the best, and make sure you do your research and get a quality brand like Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim, or others.

Do not get the 4X or 16X discs as they could give you some problems.
What other mod are you planning on using with Swap Magic to play your back ups?
