I need help opening my xbox 360, my xbox 360 sucks and microsoft refused to take it back, so plz i need help?

Take it back to the store you purchased it from.You can forget about microsoft they won't honor the warranty.You better read the fine print on the warranty because basically it covers nothing.

Don't feel bad, your not the only one.I have seen lot's of these threads.

Why do you want to open your 360? If it's for the firmware hack, make sure that it has the compatable drive. Also, why did you buy a 360 if you don't like it?
