i have a bunch of 128 kbps mp3's and i want to shrink them without losing quality so i can fit more on to my psp. which format would be best to use?

i was just wondering if anyone thinks that one of the 2 sounds better than the other at a certain bitrate. i cant convert them at the moment because i am at another comp. which has no music. i want to see what my fellow afterdawners have to say. Bluray-do you have a personal preference or do you stick with mp3?

anyone else got an opinion? i wanna know what the best bitrate would be for these two formats so that they would sound very similar to my 128 kbps mp3's. im on a loaned laptop because my desktop has died so i dont have teh facilities to test them out.

it is quicker then waiting for an reply.
it realy is that simple, how long does it take to convert?
few seconds usualy.
shrink without losing qaulity, when you shrink something like music or an dvd or anything it naturaly loses a bit of quality.
