Does the Xecuter chip let you dodge firmware changes while still letting you play downloaded games? If so, how might you go about this, like what programs would I need?

Nevermind about that last question, I found an answer. Now, is there a simple tutorial around that has links to all the software i'll need to flash my 360's firmware?
