Hello All,

I recently burned DVD movie by using the BIN/CUE to MPEG method. When i put the disc in my computer it played fine. But when i put the disk in my 360 it said "Mixed Media Disc" on the disctray. I am going to try it on a regular dvd player soon but i dont see why it would work on the 360 , any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

you have to burn it as a regular dvd disk

to my understanding xbox 360 doesn't read VCD :\ I can't wait till xbox 360 media center :)

it cant? really? Are you sure, because several place i have read that the 360 will play homeburnt movies. It isnt VCD its MPEG now.

if its just a single mpeg file it wont read it... if its a VCD it wont read it.. if its a homebrew dvd copy using the famous dvd shirnk method, it will read it.

I have heard of DVD Shrink, Can i use the proggy to burn files already on my computer? or do i have to copy the mpeg DVD to a regular dvd using shrink...in other words,

can you explain the DVD Shrink homebrew method?
