Problem with Nero..

Ok i've had this problem with every Nero 7 and 6..

When i install either Nero version..it works fine..after one day or after i reboot my computer or something (time period is short..) it get this error and icant use Nero again unless ireinstall it and in some case reinstalling wont work.

CUrrently using Nero ultimate edition (v7). screenshot of problem below

Just uninstalling will not work, you need the clean tools to remove all traces of Nero. So first things first, uninstall Nero. If you have Nero 6 on your computer before, run this clean tool:

http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/eng/Clean_Tools.html

Run this clean tool for 7 also:

http://www.nero.com/nero7/eng/Nero_7_Clean_Tool.html

Do not install your Nero that you have, instead install version 7.0.8.2 from here:

http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845

This version is bug free, downloading updates doesn't work properly for this program. Just enter your cd-key when installing.

Also if you have any other burning programs on your computer it may conflict with Nero.

Hey thanks a lot..that version is bug free..sees to be working fine although it is a lot less 'technical' than the latest version. Do you knwo when they will released the next version?

I have no idea, but the latest versions seem to give people problems. It doesn't make sense that you cannot update the program without uninstalling and cleaning it off your system.

ya the preoblem that i get is now i make a dvd-video and
now when i put it in my dvd-player it plays the movie
but the oice is off really bad

Heres a suggestion submitted by another member who claims to have successfully solved the problem
