connection errors??

What happened was i followed the guide to get rid of the Nat problem and it worked! no more nat problems but now for everything i download i get a connection error or a scrape error, ive tried at least 15 diff files and they were all in very good condition. ive tried azuereus and utorrent and they all get errors, the file still downlaods but its not fast all, i have comcast. is there anyway i can fix this?
