I thought it would be kind of fun to have a little pool going on when the modders and hackers will get banned from live. This is not to flame pirates or start any kind of argument/flame war, this is simply just a fun little pool.
My date is Madden release date 8/22/06. I figure Live is going to blow up on this day with people wanting to play Madden and this would be a great day for MS to flex and show it's manhood. If it has any.
So guys, pick your date, the winner gets....a macadamian nizzut cookie!! LOL, Well maybe not, just AD respect

u punk LOL, thats a top notch date seeing how glitching runs rampant on madden amongst the top guys.thats hy i quit playing madden for the longest time, i cracked the top 50 in a legit way just to run into a bunch of cheaters,from then on i let my big bro play and others pay under my account in hopes that on august 22nd when i stage my comeback it will be fixed. I'll take september 9th, its around the begginning of the nfl season and thats when i think it will be at its peak online.

they'd still bann you i mean in their eyes u have already purchased the system,a game, and live so they've got their moneys worth and if your cheating or modding and ruining their customers experience tehy have a reason to do it. Im not saying u specifically just those hwo cheat, but thats just my thought u could be right because if i was there wouldnt be cheating.

I also think they will get more money by banning people. That person will probably then have to buy a new 360 and then start paying for games and get a new membership to live. I don't see any way they lose money on banning people.

yeah if they ban u there makin money cos uve paid for 12 months then u dont get to use them, i think its a matter of time be4 it happens, for that reason im waitin for a proper modchip to come out that will run homebrew from an external drive, then i will buy a cheap core console an keep my otherone for online play

I'm going to lean towards never myself. I really think if they were going to ban people they would have done it by now. I mean WTF are they waiting for? It's been over 3 months of people playing backups on Live.

Maybe they don't care that people are playing backups on live they on care if you are able to run unsigned code because if you could someone might make hack to mess up there Xbox Live.

I can careless! Its the risk of running a backup online and everyone knows this when playing a backup.
Whats going to get on my nerves is the day (and I hope never) that someone gets banned or kicked and they start crying over it.

hopefully they fix that trash. i mean its not like with the ps or ps3 we pay for our xbox live so it shouldnt be ruined by cheating,this is were MS should show why live is better than what sony has to offer. you should get waht u pay for and at the time thats not the case.

i honestly hope that all hackers and modders get banned permanently or even legal actions are taken to really scare modders i mean look at halo 2 does anyone wanna see that happen to games we pay $60 to play.

WTF are you sure you are on the right place?
These are tread for modding and hackers... go to gamespot or something like that... if you are here, i'm sure you hacked something. If you didnt, you problabe mad.... cause you succk in life and cant get the right help... search a little more, try a little harder, maybe you'll be able to mod your console and then you'll shut your mouth and will hope nobody get ban EVER! cause thats when i think it will happen, i heard... could be wrong, but, i heard that they cant find for sure witch one of the driver are flashed and they cant even fix it. Like I said more people get pissed at people cheating on live with hacks(game trainers) than people playing copies online and MS probably see it that way as well so they will ban people play with modchips first if there was one out that allowed you to play unsigned code.

tigrao dont tell me where to post ill post whereever i want to. i could care less about ppl copying games but i dont want cheaters ruining the fun of a game that is $60 and anyone that feels the need to ruin everyones fun should be punished.

A simple closed would have done well, no need for the ARNOLD action movie punch lines..the mods are pretty good at closing useful forum but id like to see them open ONE
