I have been trying to upgrade from 1.52 firmware to 2.0 firmware but everytime that I put the download on my psp under updates, the psp will not start the upgrade because the data is corrupted. I have tried about three different eboots and the same result. Please some one help , I really need to upgrade so I can downgrade and start running homebrew.

Make a folder inside the game folder called UPDATE, use caps. Then drop the update in there. you can also redownloading the eboot at

if that doesnt work(though it should) try updating with a 2.0 or 2.5/2.6 UMD becuase you can downgrade those 3 firmwares.
